Wedding Collective Gold Coast Open Day – A Huge Success at Sol Gardens 🌿✨
What an incredible day at the Wedding Collective Gold Coast Open Day! On Sunday, August 3rd, we proudly opened the doors of Sol Gardens alongside some of the region’s most prestigious venues, welcoming couples, families, and friends to explore the magic of wedding planning on the Gold Coast.
Guests had the chance to tour our lush grounds, connect with sought-after wedding vendors, and experience first-hand the beauty and possibilities of Sol Gardens as a wedding destination. From styling and floristry to catering and photography, every detail came together to inspire dream celebrations.

Hands-On Experience for Future Event Leaders 🎓
This year’s Open Day was made even more special thanks to our partnership with Envirotech Education. Their Diploma of Dual Hospitality and Event Management students put their skills into action as part of their Manage On-Site Event Operations unit.
Some students even travelled hours to be part of the day — and their dedication shone through. From set-up to guided venue tours, guest engagement to final pack-down, the students worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every visitor.
It was not only a valuable real-world learning opportunity but also a wonderful chance to connect with many of our online students in person. Together, we showcased how Sol Gardens continues to be more than just a venue — we’re a place for growth, creativity, and unforgettable celebrations.
